Pelican has been successfully handling various Projects mainly under KSD Architects in USA in the last few Years.
Furthermore, KSD provides CGMP solutions and facility designs for Pharmaceutical companies manufacturing sterile injectables, solids, liquids and semi-solid products based on FDA norms and regulations. Pelican has worked in various such Projects for Tris Pharma, Aurobindo, Guardian Drugs, Lupin, Strides, Tenshi, Sunrise Pharmaceuticals, Sun Pharma, Citron and many more to mention.
Pelican in USA is closely associated with the hospitality industry where its Construction and Construction Management has given shape to projects of Marriot, Hyatt and Holiday Inn.
Pelican on the other hand has made its mark in building the Japanese Infrastructure on a pan India basis, for the last 15years. It has built factories for global Japanese giants like Toyota, Honda, Daikin, Panasonic, Denso, Aisin & Exedy just to name a few. Pelican started Global Operation in USA from 2011 as a General Contractor building facilities for manly Pharmaceutical manufacturing for cGMP. It has worked for clients like – Aurobindo, Guardian Drugs, Sunrise Pharmaceuticals, Glenmark, Strides, Sun Pharma and many more.
Pelican has also earned a repertoire in building the state-of-the-art scientific buildings and Animal House facilities for Indian Council of Medical Research, Bose Institute and TCG Life Sciences.
