The Company has its core competence in the field of Air Conditioning and Ventilation. Pelican Associates Pvt. Ltd. Is specialized in the field of Air Conditioning. In 1999, The Company tied up with the famous Hong Leong Group of Singapore under O.Y.L Industries who is one of the world renowned manufacturer of Air Conditioners for brand names like McQuay, Ascon, York. The O.Y.L was taken over the world famous DAIKIN Group of Japan in 2007 and Pelican Associates proudly represents DAIKIN in India now for Sales, Installation and Annual Maintenance, repairing servicing. Thereafter, Mitra Engineering Construction Co., evolved into Pelican Associates Pvt. Ltd. ( PAPL ) delicately specializing in AC & Ventilation.
The Company has skilled trained technicians from DAIKIN family and have round the clock service for annual maintenance and repairs. The Group undertakes various central Air Conditioning projects and have reputed customers like Mitsubishi, SMCC, TCG, NRED various star hotels and hospitals in India.
